Frustrated with a spelling program that does not meet the needs of all the students in your classroom? I was too! For my Master’s thesis, I created this individualized spelling program that I used successfully for years. Students have their own weekly lists which consist of words they missed from the following week plus new words to complete the list. A pre-assessment determines student levels that range from 1st grade to 6th grade levels. No more student frustration for the struggling students, or lack of challenge for the advanced. This product includes detailed instructions and helpful hints for teachers, as well as daily activities for practicing their words. Students have individual folders and testing partners for weekly tests.
