Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature. We do not currently respond to DNT browser signals, as no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. If a standard is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Notice.

As part of our vendor subscription offerings, certain sellers may access limited customer contact information (e.g., name, phone, and email address) for legitimate business purposes, such as product delivery, support, or community interaction. This data is shared only when required to fulfill platform-related services, and vendors are contractually obligated to handle it in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.

Sellers on paid or premium plans may also have access to third-party platform API integrations as described in Section 19.


14. Community Content & Promotional Use

By participating in our platform communities (e.g., the TeacherStore.io™ Community and The Sellers Club), you may post or share content such as messages, testimonials, images, or videos. This content may be visible to other users and may be used by TeacherStore.io for promotional, educational, or community-building purposes, consistent with our Terms & Conditions.


15. Data Retention for Inactive Accounts

If your account becomes inactive, we may retain your data for up to 12 months to allow for reactivation. After that time, your personal data may be deleted or anonymized unless retention is required for legal, tax, or compliance purposes.

These integrations are not available to general users, visitors, or buyers on the platform. If you are a buyer or free account holder, this section does not apply to you.

Sellers who activate these integrations are responsible for ensuring their own use of third-party platforms complies with the respective platform’s terms of service and applicable privacy laws. TeacherStore.io™ is not liable for how sellers independently use third-party platform data outside of our Services.

YouTube API Services

This application uses YouTube API Services provided by Google LLC. Through this integration, eligible TeacherStore.io™ sellers may access, display, or interact with YouTube content in connection with their seller account features.

By activating YouTube-enabled features, sellers are also subject to:

Data Access & Use: We access YouTube data solely to support seller platform functionality as described in this Privacy Notice. We do not use YouTube API data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond what is necessary to deliver the requested feature.

By activating Meta-enabled features, sellers are also subject to:

  • We access only the minimum data necessary to deliver the requested feature
  • We do not sell or share API-sourced data with unauthorized third parties
