Description
FACTOR FLIP: 5’s Multiplication Fact Fluency Game (0–12) | Freebie
If your students know some 5’s facts but still hesitate once numbers go beyond 10, this game gives them the extra practice they need—without turning fluency work into a slog.
With Factor Flip, students flip a number card (factor), multiply it by 5, and then cover or cross out the product on the gameboard. This quick routine builds automaticity through repeated retrieval practice while strengthening mental math (skip-counting by 5s, patterns, and equation thinking).
Use it for math centers, intervention, partner work, early finishers, or whole-class rotations to move students from guessing to confident and fast with 5’s facts through 12.
