Maestra Mom

Hi there! I’m Amanda – also known as Maestra Mom. I spent 14 fun years teaching as a bilingual and dual-language Spanish immersion teacher in Pre-K, Kindergarten, and 3rd grade. These days, I’m living my dream as a stay-at-home homeschooling mom to my four sweet kiddos and creating resources I wish I’d always had. I’m also the creator of MaestraMom.com and the author of Heading into Homeschool: A Faith-Based Step-by-Step Plan for Beginning to Homeschool. I believe learning should be joy-filled, hands-on, and meaningful, so my resources feature bright, happy graphics, easy-to-read fonts, and simple language that beginning readers can confidently decode—in both Spanish and English. My goal is to give teachers and homeschool parents easy, grab-and-go resources, so you can spend more time teaching and less time prepping (and maybe even enjoy your coffee while it’s still warm ☕).
