I entered the field of English education in 1986 and have spent decades in the private sector designing curriculum for advanced learners, IB candidates, SAT preparation, and students acquiring English as a second language. My pedagogical approach has been shaped by one consistent finding: durable learning is built through structured redundancy and deliberate overstudy. Over the years, I have prepared both English-dominant and non-English-dominant students who went on to gain admission to competitive and prestigious universities. I also homeschooled my own children using the same framework and observed the same results firsthand. In parallel with academic instruction, I founded and now operate a youth-empowerment nonprofit, extending my educational work beyond the classroom into community development. A well-structured and visually coherent presentation has always been one of the most effective tools for sustaining student attention and improving understanding. However, I often found that well-designed, ready-to-use presentations were scarce, and creating my own was extremely time-consuming and taxing. That realization inspired my current mission: to develop a curated collection of 100 classic literature presentations — comprehensive, teacher-ready study packages that make high-level teaching both efficient and engaging. My present focus is on producing literature study guides, vocabulary and etymology materials, and grammar resources that distill the labor of curriculum design for other educators.
