Teaching for 25 years was extremely fulfilling. After 25 years I retired so that 'new blood' could come in and inspire another generation of students! I spent a good amount of time staying current in my topic - science, teaching every science at some point in time. I was able to do a zero gravity flight with a group of teachers from all over the U.S. Students loved seeing the video from that experience. I was a Teacher Liasson through courses and activities with the Space Foundation in Colorado Springs. When I was teaching technology was just beginning to take hold of the classroom, so many of the resources I created are directed towards specific textbooks that may not even be used anymore!
