Looking for a different way to teach and practice Geometric Transformations? Google Slides make geometric transformations fun using the “fill color” feature as well as drag and drop for lines and points. Students move figures on the coordinate plane using translations, dilations, rotations, and reflections.

This 🏈Football-themed lesson is in a fun, digital format.

Students will:

✅Reflect across the x axis, the y axis, or another line on the coordinate plane.

✅Dilations include scaling up to a larger image, or scaling down with a fraction as the scale factor.

✅Students will Rotate clockwise or counterclockwise, 90 degrees, 180 degrees, or in a complete rotation of 360 degrees around the origin.

✅And Translations are completed by filling in the squares of the graph with the color of their choice.

Great practice for all types of geometric transformations.

Includes Printable Worksheet, and Printable Foldable for the interactive notebook.
