This product is designed to be used in conjunction with The Mitten, adapted by Jan Brett. The pictures are adapted for students with cortical visual impairments, containing a black background and minimal visual clutter. Simplified text is included with each picture, helping students with cognitive impairments more easily comprehend the story. This inclusive resources keeps all students engaged in the story. Three resources are included in the product- the story with simplified text, comprehension questions with answer choices, and yes/no questions. Perfect to use in speech therapy or literacy lessons.
