Hi! I’m Jessica, the founder of NurtureEd Solutions. My approach to education is shaped by three distinct roles: a tech veteran with over 25 years in the industry, a disabled woman entrepreneur, and—most importantly—a full-time homeschooling mom.
With a degree in Management of Information Technology, I spent two decades engineering technical solutions for the education sector. However, my most vital “research and development” happens at my own kitchen table. I am the mother of a 13-year-old son who navigates the world with ADHD, Autism, and other learning barriers. This lived experience is the heartbeat of NurtureEd.
I know firsthand the challenge of finding resources that are sophisticated enough to be effective, yet flexible enough to meet a neurodivergent student where they are. As a woman and disabled-owned business, NurtureEd is committed to building the “technical scaffolding” I needed for my own home classroom.
Whether I’m designing the SparkBloom journal series or a full virtual curriculum, my goal is the same: to create inclusive, accessible tools that reduce executive dysfunction and spark a genuine love for learning.
I believe the “future of school” is personal, flexible, and tech-empowered. I don’t just design these resources for a marketplace—I design them for my son, and then I share them with you. Whether you are running a microschool, a private academy, or a home classroom like mine, I provide the tools you need to help every student thrive.
When I’m not teaching or building the future of EdTech, you’ll find me tinkering with my 3D printers, diving into photography, or updating my latest bullet journal.
I’m so glad you’re here. Let’s build a more inclusive, nurturing world of learning together!
