Ridiculously Random Resources

Currently in my 25th year in the Education field. Proud teacher coach and problem solver. My role is in the student support field, I create practical, culture-aligned tools for real-world school environments. Forged in fire, I spent my time in challenging buildings. I taught ELA and History to middle school students, took on every sport, club, or school wide project that was thrown at me. I create resources for these too! For the past decade, I have worked as a middle and high school counselor, specializing in student support, behavior intervention, and staff coaching. I naturally gravitate toward the students others find challenging, using organization, structure, and realistic strategies to unlock progress. My resources are built from experience—not theory—designed to support counselors, teachers, and school teams who need solutions that actually work in their school culture.
