SLP Storytellers

I was born in East Texas and attended the University of Houston majoring in sociology. I then married and was taken around the world with my husband, living in England one year and nine years in Stavanger, Norway. After returning to the U. S. I decided to go back to school and get my Masters in speech/language pathology. It was a great decision as it led me down the path of writing and publishing children’s storybooks. My books have always been written to for teachers and speech/language pathologists to pull goals and activities from them not only for speech and language but also for pre-reading as well as reading as I taught dyslexia for a period of time as well. After retirement and moving back to Texas to be closer to grands I have been learning computing and now AI. My AI is not for my published books but for a few thousand materials for teachers and speech/language pathologists. I have also been writing prompts that others can use and alter as needed to create their own materials.
