What makes me qualified: I have been teaching Prek for 15 years and one of the things I have learned that makes all the difference in a childs academic success is CONSISTENCY! I understand the importance of simple, isolated, consistent, scaffold activities that truly allow students to explore the skills, expand in understanding, and execute with reasoning! Students need a fair opportunity to understand a concept and execute reasoning within that concept at their level now all the way up to their level to be! And while they are executing that reasoning, they need an opportunity to become independent in their learning so they can not only know it for themselves but they can help someone know it too!
