🧠 Computer Science Brain Boosters
Your students will jump right into thinking like computer scientists with these structured, challenge-based Brain Boosters designed for teens. Each set gives you ready-to-print activities that build confidence, spark discussion, and help students make sense of the core ideas found in the 2025-26 Code.org Computer Science Discoveries curriculum.
Use them as warm-ups, early finisher tasks, quick review activities, or sub plans. The Brain Boosters support concepts commonly taught in Grades 8–10 computer science, including algorithms, problem-solving techniques, programming logic, data representation, and impacts of computing. They also touch on big ideas reflected in CSTA standards so teachers know exactly what skills are being reinforced.
These activities work perfectly alongside the 2025–2026 Code.org CSD lessons, but they also fit well with similar middle and high school CS courses. Simply print and go!
